Mike was amazing! We had him come out to quote replacing our pool coping and retiling the area, and from the start he was both lovely and professional — we knew straight away we’d be booking him in. He was also incredibly flexible with our date changes, which really helped after our plans shifted around.

Once the job started, he worked so efficiently while still maintaining such a high standard of work. He actually worked completely by himself, which honestly blew us away because you’d think he had a whole team there with how efficient and organised he was. He kept us updated each day, explained the process clearly, and gave great advice on how to make the pool area look its best.

We’re so happy with the finished result and absolutely love our new tiles. Highly recommend Mike!

Mike from World Tiles did a fantastic job re-tiling our outdoor deck. The initial tile installation (approx 10 years ago) was faulty, which had resulted in water pooling on the deck and leaking downstairs, causing water damage and mould. Mike removed all old tiles, levelled and waterproofed correctly, and retiled. The work is very professional and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. After multiple quotes and speaking to different tilers, Mike was an easy choice as he came across very friendly and knowledgeable, could assist with all jobs required (including removing and re-installing the balcony railings) and was fully licenced with QBCC. We will be getting Mike back for all future tiling needs!
